raw apple and endive tossed with walnut-sorghum vinaigrette, candied walnuts, fresh herbs and shallots

Gulf Snapper

pan roasted Gulf Snapper served with Anson Mills Rye Berries and citrus-pickled winter vegetables

Braised Heritage Farms Pork

served with creamy Sea Island Red Peas and Carolina Gold Rice

red wine braised short rib served with winter vegetable gratin and pearl onion

 

Chocolate & Citrus

chocolate ganache, blood orange cream, fresh citrus and  pecan meringue

served with Banfi Rosa Regale
