RT Lodge Supper Club Saturday, November 7th

Welcome to the RT Lodge Supper Club, a dinner party experience offering a four course, prix fixe menu.  You’re invited to arrive after 5:30pm with dinner beginning at 7:00pm with every one present. Please be on time, it is greatly appreciated by all. We offer wine, beer and cocktails starting at 5:30pm and throughout dinner service.

Slow Roasted Carrots

local carrots, slow roasted and served with fresh buttermilk cheese, carrot top pesto and carrot-dill relish

 

Pan Fried Snapper

red snapper, lightly dusted with Anson Mills cornmeal and served with shaved radish and turnip, and smoked & pickled beets

 

Cider Braised Pork

Heritage Farms Pork braised in apple cider and mustard, with toasted barley risotto and apple & winter greens salad

 

Pistachio-Sourwood Honey Baklava

served with pistachio ice cream and navel orange
