RT Lodge Supper Club Saturday, March 28th

Welcome to the RT Lodge Supper Club, a dinner party experience offering a four course, prix fixe menu.  You’re invited to arrive after 5:30pm with dinner beginning at 7:00pm with every one present. Please be on time, it is greatly appreciated by all. We offer wine, beer and cocktails starting at 5:30pm and throughout dinner service.

Local Carrots

slow roasted and glazed

carrot-mascarpone sauce, carrot-chicken skin crumble, mustard seed

Buttermilk Fried Quail & Tasso Ham Gravy

anson mills yellow grits and tasso ham chips

Braised Short Rib Pasta

red wine braised short rib ravioli with the last of our pickled ramps, sweet potato and greens


Banana Bread Pudding

roasted banana sorbet, blueberry and caramelized white chocolate
