Come celebrate Valentine’s Day at RT Lodge!  We will have three different opportunities for you to dine with us.

Friday, February 13th at 7:30pm 

Saturday, February 14th at 6:00pm

Saturday, February 14th at 8:15pm

We will plan for tables of two for each party.  We ask that you please contact us if you wish to be seated with another group so we can accommodate you.

FOUR COURSE MENU $65 per person

plus tax and gratuity (includes a sparkling rose wine with dessert)

 

 Maine Lobster

chilled lobster served with avocado, blood orange, ginger and cilantro

 

Papperdale & Wild Mushroom

fresh hand-made pasta with foraged mushrooms, black pepper and an herb cream sauce

 

Filet of Beef

pan roasted beef tenderloin served with potato puree, roasted asparagus and shaved asparagus salad

 

Chocolate Mousse

strawberry sorbet and pomegranate

served with Banfi Rosa Regale

RT Lodge Supper Club Saturday, January 17th

Welcome to the RT Lodge Supper Club, a dinner party experience offering a four course, prix fixe menu.  You’re invited to arrive after 5:30pm with dinner beginning at 7:00pm with every one present. Please be on time, it is greatly appreciated by all. We offer wine, beer and cocktails starting at 5:30pm and throughout dinner service.

Dinner at 7:00pm on Saturday, January 17th

Sweet Potato & Andouille Stew

a flavorful and hearty stew of house made andouille sausage, sweet potato, kale and yellow eyed steubens

 

Cauliflower Salad

cauliflower roasted in brown butter with pine nuts, capers, lemon and fresh herbs

 

Whole Roasted Pork Chop

Heritage Farms pork rack, roasted whole and served with skillet potatoes, horseradish and pickled ramp jus

 

Warm Brown Sugar and Nectarine Cornbread

sweet nectarine cornbread  served warm with bourbon maple syrup and cinnamon-vanilla ice cream
